my long weekend started on friday.
watched the movie UP with my CG. woot!
There are two parts in the movie that touched me the most.
the front part where Carl and Ellie met and grew old.
next would be when the Carl realised Ellie's meaning of adventure!
sigh... reminded me how i love to have such moments with my darling.
when i saw that part, i went 'OHH'...and apparently chek heard me and asked me "what!"...
so unromantic! haahahah just kidding =D
anyway, the highlight on sat was the gathering with the DHS choir folks.
it's always funny and fun to catch up. this time round, there were two new faces- kane and wjie.
seems that thus we had more gathering =D
sunday was fun! chek and i went to
whitelink and had our photoshoot. We bought this studio photo shoot package with them last yr and chek and i agreed to use it to take when i grad. so tada! i see if i can upload a couple of pictures to show u....if not, well...i can show some of u the album. the photos are lovely!!! chek and i had a severely difficult time choosing 20 outta about 60 pictures... all this from 12noon to 4pm!
this yr ndp was quite special.
relational, historical, musical... interactive too! we have mark lee and suhaimi acting live... vernetta lopez and barbarella aka michelle...the special ops force walking up where the audiences were seated, heartlanders and overseas singaporean making their appearance on the big screen via telecommunication! wow! dance from the 80s, 90s by the ITE students, usually marginalised group of dancer called the pole-dancer, baskers contributing their talents as well as using hand signage so as to let the deaf get the message. how about the
Pledge moment at 8.22pm. (chek and i did that; edwin did that too; my 9 yr old cousin joined in at marina my sister too at city hall mrt station)...
