yellow yellow dirty fella

i say there are 4 times in between jan to dec that i can be rather stressed with work.
they are times when datelines are perpetually coming and the other wan is exam...
result wise not so stressful... cos they are in the hands of my God...aiya, actually everything is la...
but u see...
nvm...it's ok..

months of the datelines: oct, mar
exams: end nov, end apr...

I threw away the chance to enter within the prison bar vicinity last sat.
instead, i took my time to view the exhibit at the Prison Link Centre at Changi Prison which was open to the public (see http://www.yellowribbon.org.sg )
My 'accidental' involvement in this project has revealed a side inside of me which i hadn't figured b4. i would think it is equally reflective...and having to share it with one is like a burden lightened.

"He already served time but
will YOU still be passing judgement?"

"An ex convict worst obstacle is to be imprisoned by his past."

You see, the offenders and ex offenders are human.
human makes mistake.
All the talks about a nation forwarding as one, how can we leave out the ex offenders? I was told not to be surprised that there are ex offenders who walk, live, eat and work with and amongst us.

This is not just giving them a second chance...this is a cause which is about grace and forgiveness.
and this is wat God did. He forgave us no matter how bad, ugly, good, successful we are as long as we believe in His Son Jesus. Allelujah!
He sent His Son to die..so that ALL who believe in Him will have eternal life.

"With rehababilitation, doing time is not a waste of time."
So, let's 'tie a yellow ribbon' ... give them a chance.
also,
give urself a chance to know Jesus and what He did...
with the truth, u can be free.
