All of us would line up in queues almost everyday. You queue to use the washroom, when buying food, to enter into cinema, and even to speak.

Today, I thought the bus drivers driving 96 was on strike cos nv have I seen such a long queue extending from the berth to the bus shelter linking the interchange and the train station. At least, that was my first impression. I was amused, really.

It’s not as though I am going for a 8am or 10am class, in fact it was 8.40am… Frequency of bus 96 is usually high so it was very queer.

Surely I wondered ‘the authority upped our tuition fee and we are queuing 50m – 70m to board a bus to school.’

A rare surprise, just like the hike.
